This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Paramount Recovery Systems website. On some pages, you can make payments to us, or request information. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

- Banking Information for ACH Transactions

- Other information regarding the account(s) you may have with us

We use the information you provide about yourself to identify your accounts with us and settle payment of those accounts. We may also use your information for processes involving credit reporting, skip tracing, or gathering other information used to settle your account. We do, under certain circumstances, use authorized third parties to collect accounts located in other states. Otherwise, we do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that payment.

Information provided to us will be used in an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Unless within 30 days of your receipt of our notice, you notify us that you dispute the validity of the debt, it will be assumed to be correct. If you notify this office within thirty days that you dispute the validity of the debt, we will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of the judgment. If you request it within 30 days, we will provide you with the name and address of the original creditor (if different from the current creditor).

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

You can also correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a written request and supporting documentation that credibly shows error.

Furthermore, to protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
