History

In 2001, Mark McLean began to identify a trend-- local healthcare providers were in need of additional revenue cycle services beyond traditional in-house collection efforts. With his passion for healthcare and revenue cycle management, Mark purchased a small office space in historic downtown Lorena, Texas, and founded Paramount Recovery Systems.

With over 15 years of dedicated service, through peaks and valleys, many accomplishments and few short falls, Mark relocated his collections team to a new state-of-the-art 28,000 sq. ft. facility located in Waco, Texas.

The growth of Paramount Recovery Systems has opened the door for many new and exciting business opportunities. We have broadened the scope of our philosophy to accommodate a nationwide audience of clients and consumers. We remain dedicated to each of our clients’ success through the ethical, honest, and compassionate services that we have maintained since our humble beginnings.
