Mark McLean is the Founder and CEO of Paramount Recovery Systems, a leading Healthcare Industry expert and national provider of customized account recovery systems designed specifically for the Healthcare Industry. Mark has over 27-years of Healthcare account receivables management and recovery experience.

A graduate of Baylor University, with a BBA in Marketing, Mr. McLean founded Paramount Recovery Systems on the premise “that begins with developing an operational plan unique to the needs of our client partners and those of their patient population, including: methodology, projections, service profiles and client specific reporting documentation.”

Mark is on the Board of Directors for the Lorena, Texas Economic Development Corporation, member of the Lorena United Methodist Church and a past Board Member of the Central Texas Goodwill Industries, the Lorena Little League Organization and the International Credit Association, which is also a part of ACA International. Further, Mark is the Founder and CEO of Market Approach Consulting, a national marketing company and is currently a member of the Direct Marketing Association and the American Resort Development Association.

Kevin Cloud serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Paramount Recovery Systems and is responsible for day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Through this leadership and management, along with his vision for the future, Kevin ensures that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative & reporting procedures, and various other systems in place to guarantee financial strength and operating efficiency and to effectively grow the organization. Kevin and his team are committed to driving strong results while transforming the way that Paramount Recovery Systems serves its customers.

Prior to being welcomed into the Paramount Recovery Systems family, Kevin served as Agency Manager for Capio Partners LLC. His area of expertise is accounts receivable, with a focus on revenue cycle management.

In his spare time, Kevin is a sports & exercise enthusiast, BBQ connoisseur, and avid hunter & fisherman.
